How do you make sure your council’s digital services are accessible to all?

If you need to understand more about digital inclusion and how it affects the design and everyday delivery of services, this is the workshop for you.

• Learn how the Government Digital Service is prioritising digital inclusion – they launched their digital inclusion strategy in March 2014
• Work on practical exercises to develop your understanding
• Network and share knowledge with peers from other local authorities
• Lunch included

We’ll be working on scenarios where users with specific problems try to access certain services. You’ll also have the chance to hear from speakers about what GDS and local government are doing on digital inclusion. And the afternoon will give you the chance to share problems or best practice with the group, with everyone working together to find solutions.
